Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Souvi app ("Souvi", "we", "us") operated by TM Projects. By using Souvi you agree to these Terms.

The service

Souvi lets you save and import recipes and cook hands-free with an AI cooking assistant (voice questions, step narration, timers, suggestions). Souvi is a consumer cooking aid, not professional nutritional, dietary, medical, or food-safety advice.

AI and food-safety disclaimer

The assistant's answers (substitutions, timings, temperatures, technique tips) are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your own food safety. Always verify cooking temperatures, allergen information, and ingredient safety against trusted sources. Do not rely on the assistant for anyone with allergies or medical dietary needs without independent verification.

Accounts

You need an account to use Souvi. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to consent under your local law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes, notes, photos, and other content you add. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service (including sending it to our AI/voice sub-processors — see the Privacy Policy). Do not upload content you don't have the right to use, or that is unlawful.

When importing from third-party sites or social platforms, you are responsible for respecting those sites' terms and any applicable copyright.

Subscriptions (Souvi Plus)

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access; no using it to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; no automated scraping of the service.

Availability

We aim to keep Souvi available but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uptime. Features may change or be discontinued.

Termination

You may stop using Souvi and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Souvi and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes arising from reliance on AI-generated cooking guidance. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
