Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Souvi, and cancel there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your data and can't be undone.

What's free vs. Souvi Plus?

The recipe library is unlimited for everyone. The free plan includes a set number of hands-free voice cook sessions and AI recipe imports each month; Souvi Plus makes those unlimited and unlocks meal planning, household sharing, and more.

The voice assistant isn't hearing me

Make sure Souvi has microphone and speech-recognition permission (Settings → Souvi), you're connected to the internet, and you're in a reasonably quiet spot. You can also type your question instead of speaking it.

Can I get my data?

Yes — you can export your data from within the app, or email us to request it.
